CIXCI / Platform

The Platform

The operating layer between wireless sellers and accessory vendors.

The platform coordinates catalog, compatibility, pricing, orders, shipping, returns, reporting, and monthly reconciliation so wireless sellers can grow accessory revenue while vendors fulfill directly.

Platform Anatomy

Three layers. One commerce pipeline.

Core Capabilities

One governed flow across accessory commerce.

MOD-01

Catalog Management

Vendor product data is imported, validated, normalized, and maintained in one governed catalog covering content, imagery, pricing, inventory, lifecycle status, and device compatibility according to each vendor's approved update process.

MOD-02

Device Compatibility Mapping

Accessory SKUs are mapped to compatible devices so wireless sellers can build device-relevant assortments and present products intended for each customer's selected device.

MOD-03

Assortment & Pricing Control

MVNOs, wireless carriers, and Certified Pre-Owned Resellers select their products and set retail pricing within approved SRP, MAP, sale-price, margin, and commission guardrails.

MOD-04

Order Validation & Assigned-Vendor Delivery

The platform validates orders and delivers every product order to its assigned vendor through API or CSV/email according to approved relationships, product assignments, and operating-region eligibility.

MOD-05

Vendor Fulfillment

Vendors receive assigned orders, fulfill them from their own warehouses, and pick, pack, and ship directly to the wireless seller's customer.

MOD-06

Shipping & Delivery Status

Vendors submit shipping and tracking information through the platform for synchronization with the wireless seller, while carrier integrations can monitor delivery progress and record applicable events.

MOD-07

Return Coordination

Wireless sellers initiate returns, provide the RAN, and create the return label using the vendor’s central return address, while the platform coordinates notifications, vendor disposition, and the resulting status exchange.

MOD-08

Reporting & Analytics

The platform provides authorized users with company-based reporting across product performance, attach rate, ARPU contribution, category mix, margins, vendor service, orders, shipping, and returns.

MOD-09

Monthly Reconciliation & Invoicing

Monthly reconciliation combines order, return, commission, and applicable pricing records to support traceable reporting, review, and invoicing.

Order Coordination

Governed handoffs keep every order accountable.

The platform validates each order and delivers every product order to its assigned vendor through API or CSV/email. The assigned vendor fulfills the order from its own warehouse.

  • Relationship-governed — only approved wireless seller and vendor relationships participate.
  • Region-aware eligibility — seller operating regions govern vendor visibility and eligibility.
  • Product-assignment driven — every product order is delivered to its assigned vendor.
  • Traceable handoffs — validation, transmission, status changes, and exceptions create a reviewable operating history.

Connection Options

Flexible connections. One governed platform.

The platform supports connection options that can work independently or together based on each wireless seller’s commerce environment.

CONNECTION-01 · API

Direct API

Designed to connect approved catalog, order, shipping, return, and status workflows directly with a wireless seller's storefront, POS, BSS, or order-management environment.

CONNECTION-02 · HEADLESS

Headless Catalog Backend

Provides a seller-specific source for approved product, pricing, imagery, and compatibility data while the wireless seller controls its customer-facing experience.

CONNECTION-03 · SHOPIFY

Shopify Widget

Connects approved accessories to an existing Shopify storefront through embedded, compatibility-aware shopping experiences while the wireless seller retains checkout and the customer relationship.

Integrations

Built to fit your stack, not replace it.

The platform connects storefronts, commerce platforms, BSS environments, and vendor systems through approved APIs, headless services, storefront connectors, and controlled manual workflows.

Storefront & Checkout

Approved product, compatibility, pricing, imagery, and cart experiences can connect with existing web, app, and Shopify storefronts.

Activation & BSS

Accessory offers can be incorporated into activation, upgrade, and device-purchase flows through supported BSS and order-management integrations.

Operational Data Exchange

Order, shipping, delivery, return, and reconciliation statuses can move through APIs, webhooks, scheduled processes, or approved batch workflows according to each connection model.

Designed for documented REST APIs Webhook and scheduled-event support where applicable Seller-specific headless catalog services Shopify widget access after onboarding Approved CSV/email workflows for manual vendors Structured implementation and launch support
Reporting & Reconciliation

Revenue operations built for monthly accountability.

The platform carries applicable economic terms through orders, returns, commission calculations, reporting, and monthly invoicing to create a traceable basis for review.

Economic snapshots
Applicable product pricing, commissions, and agreement terms are recorded with each transaction so later lifecycle changes do not rewrite the original economics.
Return adjustments
Wireless seller-initiated returns and vendor-reported outcomes are incorporated into the applicable reporting and monthly reconciliation process.
Monthly statements & invoicing
Period-based reporting supports monthly invoice preparation and review using order-level, return-level, pricing, and commission details.
Executive reporting
The platform reports on attach rate, ARPU contribution, category mix, margin, product performance, and vendor service results based on available source data.
Auditability
The platform uses company-based access controls and records auditable activity across catalog, order, shipping, return, reporting, and invoicing workflows.
