Connect your accessory catalog with approved wireless sellers.
CIXCI helps participating accessory vendors make approved products available to eligible MVNOs, wireless carriers, and Certified Pre-Owned Resellers—while vendors retain inventory, fulfillment, and wholesale-pricing responsibilities.
One governed connection. Multiple approved relationships.
Vendors connect to CIXCI through an approved API or manual workflow. CIXCI validates their catalog, inventory, and operational information so eligible wireless sellers can review and select products available within their operating region.
Operating standards for participating vendors.
Each vendor operates under an approved commercial agreement and SLA. Requirements reflect the vendor’s connection method, fulfillment responsibilities, return process, shipping-label commitments, and the wireless sellers it supports.
- Catalog and product information
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, inventory, imagery, lifecycle, and compatibility information through the approved API or manual update process.
- Order handling
- Receive and process assigned orders within the timelines established in the applicable SLA. CIXCI records late, incomplete, rejected, and exception outcomes for authorized review.
- Shipping information
- Submit the carrier, tracking number, and shipped date through the configured API or manual workflow within the agreed reporting window.
- Returns handling
- Maintain one central return address, receive notified returns, evaluate returned products, and submit the approval or rejection through the approved workflow.
- Shipping-label branding
- When included in the applicable vendor agreement, add the wireless seller’s name to the shipping label.
- Performance reporting
- Applicable catalog, inventory, order, shipping, return, exception, and shipping-label performance is recorded for operational review and SLA management.
Vendor performance does not automatically reassign products, reroute orders, or guarantee additional order volume. Manual CSV/email and API-connected vendors follow comparable operating standards, with update frequency, acknowledgement, availability, error-handling, and recovery requirements defined for the applicable connection method.

A governed path from qualification to fulfillment.
Qualify and agree
Review the catalog, operating regions, fulfillment capabilities, returns, shipping-label support, connection method, and commercial fit. Onboarding begins after the commercial agreement is signed.
Configure
Establish the approved API or manual workflow, CIXCI account access, catalog and inventory processes, order delivery, shipping updates, returns, and SLA requirements.
Validate and publish
Validate the catalog, pricing, compatibility, inventory, and operational workflows before approved products become available to eligible wireless sellers.
Fulfill assigned orders
Receive orders for assigned products, fulfill them from your own warehouse, ship directly to the customer, and submit shipping and return information through the configured workflow.
Product availability to a wireless seller depends on operating-region eligibility, approved commercial relationships, catalog readiness, and the seller’s assortment selection. Joining the network does not guarantee listings or order volume.
Strong operations build stronger vendor relationships.
