Effective date: August 3, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Notice explains how CIXCI, LLC ("CIXCI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit cixci.com and its related public webpages (the "Site"), request a demonstration, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us in a business context.
This Notice applies to the public Site and related business-development communications. It does not govern personal information that CIXCI processes on behalf of a customer through the CIXCI platform. That processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement, data processing agreement, and related documentation.
2. Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide
We collect personal information that you choose to provide, including:
- Demo and contact information, such as your full name, work email address, company, role or title, business type, current accessory-program information, scheduling preferences, and any notes you submit.
- Communications, including the content of emails, meeting requests, questions, feedback, and other correspondence.
- Business relationship information, such as your organization, professional interests, potential partnership role, and information relevant to evaluating a prospective commercial relationship.
- Other information you voluntarily provide to us.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, CIXCI and the service providers supporting the Site may automatically receive technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, dates and times of access, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and security or diagnostic logs.
Information from third parties
We may receive business-contact information from referral sources, prospective customers or partners, event organizers, publicly available professional sources, and service providers that help us schedule meetings, host the Site, manage communications, or maintain business records.
Sensitive information
The Site is not designed to collect sensitive personal information, payment-card information, health information, government identification numbers, account credentials, or confidential customer data. Please do not include sensitive, regulated, confidential, or proprietary information in a demo request or free-text field.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct demonstrations, and communicate about a requested or potential business relationship.
- Evaluate prospective customers, vendors, partners, integrations, and commercial opportunities.
- Personalize a demonstration or discussion based on the information you provide.
- Maintain business records and manage our relationships with customers, prospective customers, vendors, and partners.
- Send business communications and, where permitted by law, relevant marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or contacting us.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, and enforce our agreements and policies.
- Carry out a corporate transaction, such as a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Notice:
- Service providers that support website hosting, security, scheduling, communications, customer relationship management, document storage, analytics if enabled, and other business operations.
- Calendly, when you continue from the Site to schedule a demonstration. The Site pre-fills the Calendly scheduling page with information from the demo form.
- Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants.
- Government authorities, regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Parties involved in a proposed or completed corporate transaction, subject to customary confidentiality and data-protection measures.
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
We require service providers to process personal information only for authorized purposes and subject to appropriate contractual restrictions, where required.
5. Demo Scheduling and Calendly
When you submit the demo form, the Site creates a Calendly scheduling link that may include your name, work email address, business type, company, role, current accessory-program selection, and optional notes. Your browser then navigates to Calendly, where Calendly processes the information under its own terms and privacy notice and provides scheduling services to CIXCI.
Because information placed in a web address may be stored in browser history, server logs, or related technical records, do not include sensitive, confidential, regulated, or proprietary information in the optional notes field.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site and its supporting infrastructure may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies that are necessary to provide, secure, and operate the Site. The Site also loads certain resources from third parties, including Google-hosted font files, which may cause your browser to transmit technical information such as an IP address and browser details to those providers.
CIXCI does not currently use the public Site to deploy advertising pixels or to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If CIXCI later introduces nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this Notice and provide notices and choices required by applicable law.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect Site functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including to respond to inquiries, manage prospective and existing business relationships, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Site and our business.
Retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the context in which it was collected, the duration of the business relationship, applicable legal requirements, and whether the information is needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for longer periods where it cannot reasonably identify an individual.
8. Security
CIXCI uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system, transmission method, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to obtain information about our processing; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a decision on a privacy request.
To submit a privacy request, email info@cixci.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe the request and the jurisdiction in which you reside. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of the consumer's identity.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Certain information may be exempt from a request, including information needed to provide requested services, protect security and legal rights, comply with law, or maintain privileged or otherwise protected records.

Where legally required and technically applicable, CIXCI will recognize legally valid opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.
11. EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Swiss data-protection law applies to our processing, CIXCI acts as the controller of personal information covered by this Notice. We process personal information as necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and developing business relationships, to comply with legal obligations, and with consent where applicable.
CIXCI is based in the United States, and personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Contact us using the information below to exercise a right.
12. Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
13. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including Calendly, LinkedIn, X, and other external resources. CIXCI does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties. Review the applicable third party's terms and privacy notice before providing information.
